EXCHANGE OR RETURN
We thoroughly check all items and ensure they are in perfect condition before sending and each garment/accessory is packaged carefully.
Buyers are entitled to a full refund, return or exchange within five days of item receipt. To return or exchange an item, the Buyer must contact Mina & Katusha within five days of item receipt and both Buyer and Seller must agree on return or exchange. If both parties agree, the buyer must ship the item to the seller at the buyer’s expense. The items must be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached (if applicable). If the seller finds the returned item in good condition, we will refund the buyer in full. A full refund includes Price of Item, and does not include return postage.
