Shop at Indesouk

  • All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollar) and excludes GST, all other applicable taxes, shipping costs and other additional and applicable costs. Shoppers are responsible for paying their own customs, duties and import tax.

Secure and Safe payment with Pay Pal

All transactions are completed via Pay Pal. You do not need to have a Pay Pal account in order to shop at Indesouk. You can pay with any major credit card through Pay Pal’s guest checkout service. For more information, visit www.paypal.com

Returns or Exchange

Making a return or exchange is easy. Simply contact the Seller within five days of receiving your order. Seller details can be seen on the Order Receipt emailed to you upon order purchase.

Upon agreement of return or exchange, you would have to ship the item. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until Seller receives them. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.

Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment

Items should be returned new, unused, in their original condition and designer tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Seller will refund the full value of your order, including original shipping costs, within 30 days of receiving a return or refund request.

  • Your refund will be credited to your Paypal account or the original purchaser’s credit card.
  • Your country may have sales/import taxes that you may be able to recover by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
